THERAPY THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE

You don’t need the perfect words to begin

People come to therapy needing different things: relief, clarity, a better understanding of themselves, or simply a place where they can stop filtering every thought. We’ll shape the process around your story, the way your mind works, and what matters in your everyday life.

WHAT MAY BE BRINGING YOU HERE

You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable

These are some of the experiences we can make sense of and work through together.

01

Anxiety and panic

Your body feels stuck on alert, it’s hard to rest, or your mind keeps preparing for what might go wrong.

02

Sadness and grief

You’ve lost energy or motivation, or you no longer feel fully connected to yourself.

03

Stress and burnout

You’ve been holding too much for too long and need room to breathe, recover, and think clearly again.

04

Relationship conflict

Communication has broken down, trust feels fragile, or jealousy and distance are shaping the relationship.

05

Neurodivergence

You want a therapist who understands ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD and doesn’t expect you to hide how your mind works.

06

Psychological assessment

You’re looking for a professional evaluation, greater diagnostic clarity, or a formal psychological report.

A warm and collaborative therapy conversation

WHAT THERAPY WITH ME FEELS LIKE

Clear, human, and flexible

My approach is collaborative and adaptable. We’ll pay attention to what you need from one session to the next, adjust the pace, and find language for experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

I listen closely and offer feedback that’s direct, but warm. You can expect patience, honesty, and a space where being yourself isn’t treated as something that needs to be corrected.

Let’s talk about what you need →

HOW WE MOVE FORWARD

At your pace, with a clear direction

1

Getting to know you

We begin with your story, what brought you here, and what you’d like to feel or do differently.

2

Understanding

We look for patterns, unmet needs, and what may be keeping you stuck or overwhelmed.

3

Building

We build practical tools and realistic changes you can use beyond the therapy room.

4

Adapting

We notice what’s changing and adjust the process so it continues to fit your needs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions you may have before we begin

When should I consider therapy?

When anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or other concerns begin affecting your daily life, it may be time to reach out. You don’t have to wait until you’re at a breaking point.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. You can meet with me in person in Tijuana or attend sessions online.

Do you work with neurodivergent adults?

Yes. I work with adults with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD using a flexible, neurodivergent-affirming approach that doesn’t ask you to mask or fit a rigid model.

Can sessions be held in English?

Yes. Sessions are available in English and Spanish, both in person and online.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a chance for me to understand your story, what brought you in, and what you hope will change. You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a complete plan.

A space where you don’t have to measure every word

If you’ve ever felt you had to hide what you were feeling, over-explain yourself, or appear “fine” to be understood, therapy can feel different here.

I’m a clinical psychologist and doctoral candidate in Mental Health with more than 20 years of experience. I work with individuals, couples, and neurodivergent adults in a way that’s warm, clear, direct, and free of judgment.

A FIRST STEP, WITHOUT PRESSURE

Maybe this is a good time to talk

You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or have everything figured out. We can start with what you’re experiencing right now.
